Concert 1 Parts Information:
IMPORTANT: Please read carefully!

2026-27 Concert 1 Music Sites
NOTE: The Berlioz parts are a little complicated.  Read the detail below in it’s entirety to download your parts.  There are no parts for the “Suite” in particular, but rather only the full work so you will have to download just the parts for the work Eric has specified

Hector Berlioz – La Damnation de Faust Suite
Note: The three movements are to be found from the Second Set of the complete work (edited by Julian Rushton, Pub. Bärenreiter) so you will need to find the individual movements by searching through your part. As the parts vary in length from 10 to 30 pages, I’ll give you the approximate location listed for each movement.

Berlioz Movements in order of performance:
• Menuet des follets 3dp 2 2+bscl 4 – 4 2tpt/2cor 32 T perc 2hp
• Ballet des Sylphes 2+1 020 T 2hp  NB: There are few winds and no brass in the Ballet
• Marche Hongroise 2+1 223 – 4 2tpt/2cor 31 T perc
