Nicole Joseph-Goteiner

Nicole Joseph-Goteiner (violin), when she auditioned for the Khuner Concerto Competition in 1993, was a member of Young People’s Symphony Orchestra in Berkeley. After performing her concerto with the Prometheus in 1994, she was selected by audition in 1996 for the prestigious New York String Orchestra. It is a program of The New School, offering a one-time opportunity for young musicians, aged 16–23, to come to New York for an intensive workshop and performance at Carnegie Hall. More recently, she earned a law degree from Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, and was admitted to the State Bar of California. (Resume updated by Concerto Committee in 2016 from reliable online sources.)
