Eunice Kim Violinist Eunice Kim is a student of Wei He in the Preparatory Division at he San Francisco Conservatory with the Morris Stulsaft Scholarship. She started learning the violin at the age of six, and she made her first debut at the age of seven with the KBS symphony in Seoul, Korea. She also performed as a concerto soloist with the Fremont Symphony Orchestra, Oakland East Bay Symphony, Aspen Festival Orchestra, and the School of the Arts orchestra. She performed her first solo recital at the age of 11 at Herbst Theater. She represented the San Francisco Conservatory by participating in a concert at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C, which was broadcasted nationally. She has also been broadcasted a number of times on the From the Top radio show that was recorded at Jordan Hall, Boston. She's won several competitions in California, and she is a Y.E.S. Scholarship student. She's attended the Aspen Music Festival, Great Mountains Music Festival in South Korea, Music@Menlo, and Hotchkiss Summer Music Portals. She performed a gala concert with singer Frederica von Stade and recently, she's been performing for the disabled with singer Lena Maria. She's currently the concertmaster of the San Francisco Prep Chamber Orchestra and the School of the Arts orchestra. This summer, she will be attending the Icicle Creek Music Festival and Summit Music Festival.
